Standing Still
I didn't get the job at the clinic. I called yesterday and asked to speak to Dr. Hart's secretary, I was put on hold for a minute, then a young voice came on the phone, I new it was the new hire, but I went on with my purpose anyway. I said to her that I had an interview with the doctor about two weeks ago and I was wondering if he had made his decision yet. She said yes he has. I said do you know who, and she said yes, me! I congradulated her and hung up. My first instinct was to cry, but I was at work on my lunch break. Bernadine was having lunch with me, and we didn't really talk very much after that call. She new I was upset. She probably felt bad for me.

I had a job interview this morning at the Delta Hotel. What a swanky place that is. There's a freaking pool in it. I didn't know that! Everything looks so expensive. And I would have to ware a uniform!!! Everyone knows how I loves to wear uniforms *wink wink*
But the pay is shitty, and so are the hours. I didn't know this before I went down there, but it's only a causual part time call in position. I can't afford that. Even though after my probabtion period I would be in with a union. So if I get a call back, I'm going to have to turn it down.

I found a bunch of jobs online today that I'm going to apply to later. I'm going out for coffee now da once with Chantille. I work with her. When I get back from ther, I've to tackle mine and Sheldon's bedroom. Nothing but a mess. We've got black ants coming in the house as well, like crazy. Sheldon found another in the bed today. When I got back from my interview this morning, I found him with a can of raid in his hands. No he wasn't spraying the bed, I would imagine the boarder along the walls of the floor. That's where the fuckers are coming in.

THAT'S HIM!!!
My brother came home two days ago. Sheldon and I went to the airport on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning (12:30 am), to pick him up. His flight was delayed by 15 minutes. We watched his plane land, then ran down stairs to greet him. I was some shockin' excited, and nervous! Then he walked through the doors before the escalator and I shouted "That's him!". Jeff put his two hands in the air and started down the escalator. As he was coming down, all I could think of was how much he looked like our cousin Brian, and how much of a man he looked. My little brother, a man. I'm still blown away by the fact how we are so small and cute one day then adults the next. Anyway, I hugged him and hugged him when he finally got down to the end of the escalator. We walked over to Sheldon, where Jeff and Sheldon finally met and they shook hands with eachother. Went to baggage claim and got a taxi home. Sheldon went off to bed around 1:20 and Jeff and I stayed awake until 1:45. I was up again in the morning when Sheldon went to work. I made Jeffrey some breakfast in bed (Pancakes and eggs). He was surprised at that. He wanted to eat it out to the kitchen table, so I took the tray of breakfast and brought it out for him, to give him a chance to get out of bed and wake up. This was around 10 am. By 12ish, Jeffrey and I went to the Avalon mall, looking for a navy blue Yankies hat. We didn't find one that he was looking for. So we went to the food court, came home, bought some beer, and had a big bbq. I cooked up a whole lot of porkchops, weiners, and two hamburger patties. Everyone ate and drank. We had a lovely time. Took some pictures too. Jeffrey was in contact with his friend Brent (from back home), and Brent was playing a gig at the Spur. So we all got dressed and ready to go down. It's extreamly small, and the bathrooms are atrocious! But the booze were cheap!!!!! Beer was 2 for 5.75 all night, and tequila shots were $2 each. 2 bucks I couldn't believe it!!! We were all doing shots all night and sipping beer to cool our throats. I drank 6 shots. I was some shockin' sick all day yesterday. Bleh. I have no idea what time we came home, but apparently Lesley and I were loud when we came in LOL, and Lesley mentioned something to me the next day about smelling eachothers breath, I remember something about it, but its very fuzzy. heeheehee. Sheldon tells me that the big yellow shelf in the bathroom was moved out from the wall and facing the door straight on and the towels that were in it was out on the floor. He also said the white shelf in there was tipped over. I don't remember any of this. Or even how it was done. Ha ha ha. I'm sure Lesley and I have a little something to do with it. ;-) Before we all went to sleep, Jeffrey finally found his cell phone, and when we woke up again a few hours later, he didn't remember finding it at all. LOL. I was up again at 6 am to wake Jeffrey up for the bus. I was still drunk at this point, so was Jeff. He was very hard to wake, he's like something dead. Anyway, at 6:15 he said to wake him up at 7. I said ok, and thought what will I do now to keep myself awake. I popped in my new Wheel of Fortune cd and started to play that. I kept dozing off here in the chair playing the game and when I woke up it kept asking me to spin again, and I thought I just clicked that what's going on? I'd say that I kept running out of time to pick a letter every time I clicked spin because I couldn't stop falling a sleep in this chair. Hahahaha. At 7, Jeff finally got up, got dressed and left in a cab to head down to M.U.N. to catch the DRL bus. The bus had gotten a flat tire at Goobies and was delayed 2 1/2 hours. Jeff was so tired. Poor thing. After Jeffrey left I went back to bed and woke up again at 10:35, i was hurtin' something aweful. My own fault. Sheldon got up at 11, and we decided to go see a movie later on in the afternoon. Lesley didn't want to go, poor thing, she was some sick too.
Well I must go on now and cook some supper for me and Sheldon. I'll update again soon

Something to write
There's not really much to talk about, but I figured I should update anyway. I mailed a few resumes yesterday. There was none to apply to online today. I had 40 copies printed yesterday which cost me $20 (my resume is 4 pages long), and I was supposed to go out walking around with them today. Instead I went to the village mall to go see this big sale that Sheldon had heard about from someone at work yesterday. This "sale" was at Sportcheck, all their sneakers were supposed to be on for 9.95. I was lying in the bed early this morning thinking maybe I should get up now and get ready. There's probably going to be a big line-up. I stayed in bed and caught the 11:20 bus. When I got there, I walked around the store twice looking for these 9.95 sneakers. I found them all right. I came across this bin with these gigantic sneakers that looked like moon shoes to me. They were called "Trend Shoes". That's what was written on the sign. Lesley explained to me that they looked like platform shoes. That's more the word for them. I have a word for them, "UGLY". I found a bunch of thong sandles on for 9.95 but I didn't really see any that I liked. So I went on to Subway and got a sandwhich. By that time, Doreen had called me and said that her and Norm would come and pick me up. When I got home, I watched the movie Diner, not dinner, it's Diner like a resturant. When that was over, Lesley and I went to Dominion.
Tonight Lesley and I are going to Bingo. I can't wait! I haven't been there in about two years or more.
Lesley and Jamie are having a bar b q here this Saturday. We picked up the Jello today. I think we got six packs. I'm really looking forward to it. We are all going to have such a good time. I'm glad Lesley thought of it. I hope everyone shows up.

Kodachrome
What is a Kodachrome and what does it mean? *sings* "Momma don't take my Kodachrome away!" Is that the name of his camera in the song?

Anyway, I'm just sitting here waiting for Sheldon to get home from work. I can't wait to see him. I didn't get to the mall today to buy another Playgirl magazine. I might go later tonight. I did, however, get to curves. I've gone everyday so far this week. I'm some proud of myself. No wait, I also haven't had a smoke either in about 3 months. No cheets no nothing this time. That is what I'm mostly proud of.

I was talking to my cousin Brian most of the day today. Online, mind you. He had his webcam and mic on, and i had the mic on. He was speaking through his headphones. Litterly! You'd have to see it, to believe it. Very funny. I was so happy to hear from him, and then to see him too, I was very thankful. It was wonderful.

Things are going great here. I'm really enjoying having Norm and Doreen here. I feel like this is the best times I've ever had with them. I'm very happy they're here! We all went bowling last night. What a laugh! I lost badly at both games of course. The first game I finished with a score of 27 and the second I finished with a score of 42 I think it was. Shitty eh? Oh well i had fun. I looked like an ass, but what else is new?

I'm still looking for other work. Nothing yet. I went roaming around a little today, didn't go that far actually, I applied to some online, and thats about it. I hope I get something soon.

That's it for me, I'm tired of leaning over in this chair. Take care.

Bed sheets
Sheldon and I bought new bed sheets today at Wal-Mart. They are dark blue with light blue stripes in them. I think they're real nice. Had to buy them for the bed that Norm and Doreen gave us. It's their bed, and it's some shockin' comfortable. Its soft but firm at the same time, perfect for our backs. I slept very well last night.
We moved everything in yesterday. Lesley got up early to put out the garbage, we put the table out on the back bridge, cleared away some more space in the house for more things to be put in them. Around lunch some time, Norm and Sheldon showed up, we had to wait a while for the movers because they got lost. The four of us, Norm, Sheldon, Lesley and I worked hard to move the furniture in as quickly as possible. Norm and Sheldon left again with the moves to help put the rest of the boxes into storage. It only took us about an hour to move the furniture in the house. That was pretty good we throught. Lesley and I brought the kitchen table in the house through the back door all by ourselves, we were pretty impressed with that. Then she and I got to work on straightening out the best we could of everything that we just brought in.
The house is pretty much back in order again. I think it all looks very nice, and I'm very proud of all the hard work that we put into it. Espically Lesley and Sheldon, they can lift more then i can, I did lift some things, but they brought more stuff down to the basement, which I think is harder becuase of the stairs of course.
I bought some toilet paper at Wal-Mart today.
That's about it for me today. Take care everyone.
